Our modern production lines feature automation, Lean/Six Sigma oversight, and internal testing labs to achieve industry-leading performance standards. American Manufacturing: We use Shaw’s U.S. plants (ours is in Dalton, GA) for turf production. Ongoing upgrades in Shaw’s factories maintain fiber precision and quality.

Rigorously Tested: Before any turf is delivered, it’s proven in Shaw’s labs and fields. We use a 13,000 sq. ft. sports science lab and over 18,000 sq. ft. of outdoor test plots to mimic extended real-world conditions. Blades are tested for colorfastness, durability, and ball/athlete interactions, so your turf remains natural-looking and durable over time.
