We recently completed a 2,500 square-foot turf installation for a Las Vegas homeowner who wanted a year-round, low-maintenance lawn to complement their modern pool area. We installed one of our newest turf innovations: GB114 Supergrass 72 (color 306 — Fresh Green Blend), finished with Green Thute Thatch. This product was selected for its realistic depth of color, natural thatch texture, and comfortable feel underfoot, making it ideal for both visual appeal and everyday use.
On site, our crew handled precise cutting and seaming around the pool contours, built-in drainage to manage splash and runoff, and a clean finish along the concrete and hardscape. The result is a lush, consistent lawn that resists staining and eliminates the need for irrigation, mowing, or reseeding.
The scope included turf installations for multiple spots across the property, creating a unified, clean look. Turf was carefully cut and fitted around walkways, pavers, and planting edges for sharp lines and a professional finish. The crisp seams and natural thatch base give the appearance of a mature, established lawn that will stay beautiful for years.
Notice the tight fit around the square pavers and the crisp edge where the turf meets rock beds and concrete. Seams were matched to hardscape lines so the joins are invisible. The thatch layer creates subtle depth at the base of the blade, which helps the turf look like an established lawn instead of a flat mat. The end result is a beautiful artificial lawn that these homeowners are going to enjoy for years to come.
